The EG-48i is a 48" wide, Champion series electric countertop griddle from APW Wyott with a 1" thick smooth polished steel plate and thermostatic controls. The griddle has a 48" wide x 19-1/2" deep cooking surface that will get as hot as 450 degrees F and heats up quickly, rearching 350 degrees F in 11 minutes.
This countertop griddle has a stainless steel front and top skirt, aluminized steel sides and back, and it stands firmly on 4" adjustable legs. There is a 3" stainless steel backsplash, a sloped stainless steel side splash, and a 4 gallon grease collection drawer on this electric countertop griddle.
The EG-48i countertop griddle is an electric unit that is available as 208 Volts and 65 Amps for 13,500 Watts or 240 Volts and 75 Amps for 18,000 Watts and the unit has a terminal block on the right side.
This countertop griddle is UL listed in USA and Canada, CE listed, and UL EPH classified.
