Prices are subject to change without prior notification. If a product total differs from the website total, you will be contacted to confirm.

Condition Definitions
A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects. 
An item that has been professionally restored to working order by a manufacturer, manufacturer-approved vendor or company. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned externally and internally, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in the original packaging
An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is cleaned externally, fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used


All pictures shown on our website are the best available at the time the item is added to our website and accurately reflect product. Pictures may also contain optional accessories which must be purchased separately.


Regardless of the origin of the equipment, documentation provided or identification appearing upon the equipment, the equipment described and offered here is in no way certified for, recommended for, or offered for any specific use. The purchaser agrees that the seller shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment. We strive to fulfill every order in a timely manner and will work with you to replace or substitute items that are, for whatever reason, unavailable. Sales Tax

Laws regarding the collection of sales tax vary by location and undergo frequent change in content as well as interpretation by governmental agencies. GGFSE will always make every effort to fully comply with the law and governmental regulations. It is our understanding that customers, whether business or individual, bear the responsibility of reporting purchases that are shipped across state lines and to pay the state and any applicable local sales taxes as per their local laws and regulations. GGFSE, Inc. is registered in and conducts business within the state of Tennessee, and therefore collects sales tax for orders billed or shipped within the state of Tennessee. Organizations with current and valid sales tax exemptions may request an exemption for sales tax collection by contacting us at  and providing a copy of required documentation.

Sales tax for shipments within the state of Tennessee should show sales tax on the automatically generated invoice. Sales tax for shipments outside the state of Tennessee will not show on the automatically generated invoice, but will be collected if required.

Return Policy

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you no longer need an item, you can take advantage of the GGFSE 14 Day Return Policy. Contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions for processing and scheduling your return.

What you need to know about the GGFSE 14 Day Return Policy:

Returns have a 25% restocking fee and a return shipping charge.
Products must be returned in the unused condition which you received them and in original packaging.
This return policy does not apply to custom or special order items.
Original shipping charge is not refundable.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
