This Duke E101-EV electric convection oven is made of painted steel on the sides and durable stainless steel on the front, while the independent front doors are also made of stainless steel, so they can be wiped clean in the case of spills or splatter. Inside the oven, surfaces are covered in porcelain—a material that not only helps distribute heat throughout the interior but is also slick to limit food buildup.
