Preheating in just 12 minutes, the Wells RW-2HD two drawer warming unit has a temperature range of 90 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit, adjustable with a separate thermostat for each drawer. This enables users to warm moist foods in one drawer and crispy foods in another, cutting cooking time in half. By adjusting the air vents on the front of each drawer, users can also control the level of humidity each product is receiving.
The Wells RW-2HD warming unit includes one full-size food pan in each drawer, which each accommodates approximately eight dozen rolls at once. Made of stainless steel, the bearings and tracks of the drawers enable product to slide in and out for refilling and retrieval. To make the unit durable, it is constructed of stainless steel, preventing it from denting or corroding over time.
